Symptoms

無論是備份或還原、TSDM 或 VADP，主要故障都會從 PowerProtect DD boost 錯誤傳回「[5075] 使用者沒有足夠的存取權限。」此問題不只會影響虛擬機器，也會影響任何資產類型。

PowerProtect Data Manager 和 PowerProtect DD 上的儲存單元登入資料正確且相符。

PowerProtect Data Manager 伺服器端的 TSDM 或 VADP 備份故障：

Cannot connect to backup server 'ddve01.amer.lan':  [5075] the user has insufficient access rights

VM Direct Engine 端的 VADP 備份失敗：

Backup has FAILED.  Unable to open session to target device "ddve01.amer.lan".  Unable to open DDBoost connection to PowerProtect DD System host "ddve01.amer.lan":  [5075] the user has insufficient access rights

TSDM 服務端 （ESXI） 的 TSDM 備份失敗：

Unable to successfully complete SDM Full Sync operation.  The error cannot be retried.  The vCenter task for 'SDM Snapshot Sync Full' completed with state 'error'.  TSDM Error Code: <TargetDataDomainUnreachable>, TSDM Error Message: <Unable to connect to target DataDomain host. Cause

以上記錄的故障是允許存取 PowerProtect DD 上 DD Boost 的受限用戶端清單所導致。在此情況下，同儕的 ESXI 或 VM Direct 引擎尚未新增至 PowerProtect DD 限制用戶端清單。這些故障為預期發生且依設計運作，若要解決 PowerProtect DD 組態必須修正。

1.)透過 SSH 連線至 PowerProtect DD。

2.)執行以下命令以顯示目前的組態和獲得存取權的用戶端。當用戶端或主機不在允許清單中嘗試執行備份或還原時，PowerProtect DD 會如預期將其拒絕。

ddboost client show config

PowerProtect DD 預設值為「所有用戶端」下方，以 * 表示為用戶端，如下所示。如果 PowerProtect DD 具有以下組態，則問題與本文不符。

Resolution

新增 PowerProtect Data Manager 環境中需要存取 PowerProtect DD 以進行備份與還原的任何主機。

範例：

1.)透過 SSH 連線至 PowerProtect DD。

2.)執行以下命令，將任何缺少的主機新增備份和還原所需的 PowerProtect DD 存取權。PowerProtect Data Manager、VM Direct Engines 應會包含在清單中。

取代以下參數以符合您的環境（包括 <>）：

  • <>使用 PowerProtect DD FQDN 的主機 your_hostname 被拒絕進行 ddboost 存取。
ddboost client add <your_hostname>
