Se si clicca su Validate User quando si aggiunge un'origine asset vCenter a PowerProtect Data Manager, l'operazione ha esito negativo con errore: 
Credentials invalid - check the credentials and try again
Le credenziali utente esistenti sono per un account di dominio.
 
La colonna vmdm.log Mostra:

Cause

L'accesso non riesce perché non passa il dominio con l'ID utente per l'autenticazione.
 
L'ID utente deve essere inserito utilizzando il formato userid@domain. I registri per questa istanza mostrano: 
<userID>
Ma dovrebbe mostrare: 
<userID@domain>

Resolution

Le credenziali utilizzate per aggiungere l'origine asset vCenter devono essere modificate o ricreate per utilizzare il formato userid@domain.
