Värddatorn visas inte i DDMC när du har installerat DDMA.
Obs! DDMA-agentikonen i systemfältet är tom.
Cause
- TPM är inte aktiverat i BIOS
- Kommandosyntaxen för att installera DDMA är felaktig
Resolution
- Aktivera TPM i BIOS, se Aktivera TPM 2.0 på Dell-datorer för Windows Security
- Kontrollera att DDMA har installerats på rätt sätt i Installera Dell Device Management Agent på en värddator
