DDMAをインストールした後、ホスト コンピューターがDDMCに表示されない。
注：システム トレイのDDMAエージェント アイコンが空白です。
Cause
- BIOSでTPMが有効になっていません
- DDMAをインストールするためのコマンド構文が正しくありません
Resolution
- BIOSでTPMを有効にします。「WindowsセキュリティのDell製コンピューターでTPM 2.0を有効にする方法」を参照してください。
- DDMAが正しくインストールされていることを確認します。「ホスト コンピューターにDell Device Management Agentをインストールする方法」を参照してください。
