Cause

可使用 scanner Data Domain Cloud Tier 裝置不支援公用程式。這些裝置不允許直接掃描儲存在雲端層中的儲存集。

Resolution

若要執行掃描器作業，必須先複製儲存集集 （包括資料和中繼資料兩者）， 或將其召回 至 未設定 為雲端層 （DD CT） 的標準 Data Domain （DD） 裝置。

在標準 DD 磁碟區上可用儲存集區後，請重新執行 scanner 在該設備上執行操作。
