Symptoms
Bij het observeren van het aantal virtuele machines van de Orchestrator-UI-infrastructuur>>externe verbinding>vCenter-omgeving, kan het aantal VM's afwijken van de vSphere-UI.
In het onderstaande voorbeeld is het aantal virtuele machines 281 in de gebruikersinterface van het Automation Platform.
In de vSphere UI rapporteert het aantal virtuele machines 280.
Cause
Er is waargenomen dat een VM is losgekoppeld, de host niet reageert of dat een datastore niet toegankelijk is, vSphere en het aantal VM's in de gebruikersinterface van het Automation Platform kan verschillen.
Het VM-object, RH8_API_server_tc, is in de gebruikersinterface aanwezig in een defecte status.
Resolution
Het aantal VM's in de gebruikersinterface van het automatiseringsplatform is vergelijkbaar met vCenter-VM's van de vCenter REST API-data . Er kunnen kleine verschillen optreden als gevolg van filtering op UI-niveau in vSphere/vCenter.
