Symptoms

Lifecycle Controller 可能会定期记录 CTL138 和 CTL139 错误。

Cause

当外部存储连接到戴尔 HBA355e适配器时，通常会发生此问题。

Resolution

要解决此问题，请执行以下作。

  1. 通过 SSH 连接到 iDRAC
  2. 运行命令 racadm set system.storage.LimitExternalHBATopology Enabled 
  3. 关闭并打开服务器
