Symptoms

Het Microsoft Teams-schermrandgebied flikkert tijdens een videogesprek op Citrix VDI (Citrix Workspace versie 24.5.10) wanneer Teams-optimalisatie is ingeschakeld.

Aanvankelijk begint Microsoft Teams met de client in een volledig venster, tijdens het gesprek schakelt de video over naar een kleiner venster en flikkert het niet-kruisende gebied.

Cause

Citrix VideoProcess gebruikt de RGB-indeling als invoer in plaats van de typische YUV-indeling. Dit is specifiek voor de DX9p multimediacomponent in de AMD grafische driver.

Resolution

Grafische driver voor AMD

Werk de AMD grafische driver bij naar versie 32.0.12046.3001, A01 of later om dit probleem op te lossen.
