原始儲存容量是指系統中儲存裝置的總容量。由於 RAID 6 的額外負荷和磁碟機格式,系統不會使用原始容量來儲存資料。
RAID 6 組態的磁碟開銷基本計算如下:
(N - 2) x Smin
N = Number of disks "in use" in the disk group (DG) array
2 = Number of disks used for parity overhead space inherent with all RAID 6
Smin = Minimum disk size in the array (after formatting).
- 執行命令「storage show all」 以判斷每個磁碟群組中的磁碟機數量 (N),或在「詳細儲存層」標題下尋找 AutoSupport (Data Domain - Gathering Autosupports)。處於備援狀態 (Data Domain - 備援磁碟) 的磁碟機不計算在內,因為它們不用於儲存。沒有使用備用驅動器作為存儲的選項。
