PowerPath : setupapi.dev.log fichier affiche « Error 5 : Access is denied » après l’installation de PowerPath

  1. Après avoir réussi l’installation de PowerPath et avant de redémarrer le serveur, l’examen du fichier setupapi.dev.log affiche MPIO.SYS MoveFile : Raté! Erreur 5 : L’accès est refusé.

  2. Reboot

  3. Désinstaller PowerPath

  4. Reboot

  5. Supprimer la fonction MPIO

  6. Reboot

  7. Exécutez l’installation de PowerPath 5.7 SP4, mais le programme d’installation ne peut pas continuer car le message d’avertissement « installation du pilote de périphérique » est en cours.

    Remarque : À l’heure actuelle, le système ne dispose pas de pilotes liés à PowerPath ou de pilote MPIO.SYS présent dans le dossier \windows\system32\drivers\.

  8. Environ 15 minutes plus tard, le système affiche un écran bleu et affiche le code d’arrêt :
    0x0000009E Le système peut redémarrer normalement, mais en procédant à nouveau à l’installation du pilote de périphérique et au cycle d’écran bleu.

  9. Le correctif utilisé pour remédier à ce scénario consiste à arrêter le service Trusted Installer , puis à exécuter l’installation de PowerPath.
