Instructions
Problem: Det går inte att expandera en pool från användargränssnittet.
1. Kontrollera status för poolen och få information om enheten och RAID-gruppen:
uemcli /stor/config/pool -name <pool_name> show -detail
Example:

Kontrollera RAID-gruppen och sätt i enheter för att utöka poolen efter behov.
3. Kontrollera om enheterna är online med dessa kommandon:
fbecli.exe
pdo
Dessa kommandon visar antalet enheter och status för de enheter som är online. Matcha dessa utdata mot ovanstående utdata för att avgöra om
pdo Utdata har fler enheter än poolen.
4. Kontrollera diskgruppen som innehåller de okonfigurerade enheterna med det här kommandot:
uemcli /stor/config/dg -traditional show
Det här kommandot visar diskgruppen som innehåller de okonfigurerade enheterna.

Recommended number of spares = 2- Kontrollera profilen där enheterna ska läggas till med det här kommandot:
uemcli /stor/config/profile -traditional -configurable show
Det här kommandot visar profilen där enheterna ska läggas till för att expandera poolen enligt RAID-gruppen. Kontrollera även vilken diskgrupp som tillhör den här profilen.

- Kör kommandot uemcli för att expandera poolen:
uemcli -d 10.0.0.0 -u admin -p 'MyPassword123!' /stor/config/pool -id pool_1 extend -diskGroup dg_28 -drivesNumber 5 -storProfile tprofile_1
I exemplet ovan är diskgruppen
dg_28är profilen tprofile_1är ID:t för den pool som ska utökas pool_1och antalet enheter för att utöka poolen är 5 enligt RAID Group.
Efter att kommandot ger utdata som
"Operation completed successfully."kontrollerar du antalet enheter och poolens status igen med hjälp av steg 1.
