Symptoms

La integración de NetWorker VMware Protection se configura con el vProxy Appliance. Los respaldos de vProxy no pueden abrir un directorio de destino en Data Domain. Hay políticas de clientes tradicionales de NetWorker que se respaldan correctamente en el pool de Data Domain de destino. El registro de respaldo muestra lo siguiente:

Cause

Los dispositivos de respaldo de destino se encuentran en un nodo de almacenamiento remoto, que ejecuta una versión principal de NetWorker anterior en comparación con NetWorker Server. El servidor de NetWorker y los nodos de almacenamiento de NetWorker deben ejecutar la misma versión en el entorno.

Resolution

El nodo de almacenamiento de NetWorker se debe actualizar para que coincida con la versión de NetWorker Server.
