NVP-vProxy：vProxyをNetWorkerに登録できません - SSL接続エラー/低レベルのシステムAPIコールの失敗

Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection（NVP）統合は、vProxyアプライアンスを使用して構成されています。NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)を介してNetWorkerに登録しようとしているときに、vProxyでエラーが発生します。

Cause

NetWorkerサーバーは、ポート9090を介してvProxyと通信できません。  ネットワーク ファイアウォールまたはルーター侵入防止システム(IPS)ソフトウェアが、パケットのvProxyへの到達を妨げていないことを確認します。

Resolution

NetWorker VMware統合ガイドの「ポート要件」セクションに記載されているすべてのポートが正しく通信できることを確認します。  必要に応じて、パケット トレースをキャプチャして、登録パケットがNetWorkerサーバーとvProxyアプライアンスの間で正しく流れていることを確認します

Additional Information

vProxyの登録中にWireSharkトラック ダンプをキャプチャするには、次の手順を実行します。 
  • vProxy名とIPを取得します(例:IP xxx.xxx.16.83のvproxy.domain)。
  • NetWorkerサーバーの名前とIPを取得します(例:IP xxx.xxx.101.43のnwserver.domain)。
  • NetWorkerサーバーでWiresharkを実行し、vProxyフィルターip.addr == xxx.xxx.16.83を追加して、パケットのキャプチャを開始します。
  • vProxyアプライアンスで tcpdumpを開始します。tcpdump -vvn -w /tmp/packet_dump.pcap
  • NetWorkerサーバーで、nsrdisp_vproxy」プロセスのデバッグ レベル9を設定します。
    • Windows cmdまたはLinuxターミナル:dbgcommand -p [nsrdisp_vproxy] debug=9
    • Windows Powershell: for /f "tokens=2 delims=," %F in ('tasklist /nh /fi "imagename eq nsrdisp_vproxy.exe" /fo csv') do dbgcommand -p %~F debug=9
  • NetWorkerサーバーでnsradminを使用して、vProxyの登録を解除して再登録します。NVP vProxy：vProxyアプライアンスを登録解除/再登録する方法
  • これで、vProxy IPから送受信されたパケットがWiresharkに表示されます。  パケットが停止した後、または数分後に
    • NetWorkerサーバーでワイヤシャード トレースを停止します。
    • vProxyアプライアンスからtcpdumpコマンドをキャンセルします。
  • NetWorkerサーバーで、「nsrdisp_vproxy」プロセスのデバッグ レベル0を設定します。
    • Windows cmdまたはLinuxターミナル: dbgcommand -p [nsrdisp_vproxy] debug=0
    • Windows PowerShell: for /f "tokens=2 delims=," %F in ('tasklist /nh /fi "imagename eq nsrdisp_vproxy.exe" /fo csv') do dbgcommand -p %~F debug=0
ログを評価するには、次の詳細を収集します。
  • vProxy名、vProxy IP、NetWorkerサーバー名、NetWorkerサーバーIP。
  • wiresharkおよびvProxyのtcpdumpファイル。
  • vProxyアプライアンスの/opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vrapid/vrapid-engine.logファイル。
  • レンダリングされたNetWorkerサーバー daemon.raw:nsr_render_log-S(現在daemon.raw > daemong_registeringvproxy.log 2>&1)
