NVP-vProxy: Windows VM FLR mislukt wanneer Windows "Storage Spaces" wordt gebruikt op de VM

Symptoms
Tijdens vProxy FLR voor een Windows-VM wordt de koppeling voltooid, maar wordt het bestandssysteem niet weergegeven, waardoor bestandsselectie wordt voorkomen. Het VM-besturingssysteem is geconfigureerd met Windows Storage Spaces.
OPMERKING: Windows Storage Spaces is conceptueel vergelijkbaar met software-RAID. Het wordt gebruikt om meerdere grote VMware Virtual Machine Disks (VMDK) als één volume te presenteren.
Cause
Dit is een bekende beperking in NetWorker, omdat het Windows Storage Spaces-bestandssysteem niet wordt ondersteund voor herstel op bestandsniveau.
Bij het uitvoeren van de FLR koppelt de vProxy de VMDK-schijven aan de doel-VM. Het bestandssysteem op de VMDK-schijven bestaat niet uit afzonderlijke volumes, maar uit logische volumes (LVM) die zijn gemaakt met Windows Storage Spaces. De vProxy FLR-oplossing werkt niet interactief met Windows Storage Spaces om een nieuw logisch volume te maken.
Resolution
Tijdelijke oplossing:
Voer Instant Access Recovery van de VM uit en kopieer de vereiste bestanden. Deze procedure wordt beschreven in: NVP vProxy: VM FLR uitvoeren zonder vProxy FLR-agent
