Cause
SharePoint VSS 编写器未注册，因为升级、更新或配置。
Resolution
- 确认 SharePoint VSS 编写器服务设置为“登录身份”SharePoint 场管理员帐户（<域>\<用户>）
- 以 SharePoint 管理员的身份，在 SharePoint PowerShell 中运行以下命令：
stsadm -o unregisterwsswriter stsadm -o registerwsswriter
为 SharePoint 2022 引入了新的 PowerShell cmdlet：
Register-SPVssWriter Registers the SharePoint VSS Writer service on the local server. Unregister-SPVssWriter Unregisters the SharePoint VSS Writer service on the local server.
- 确认 SharePoint VSS 编写器服务启动类型设置为“自动”
- 将服务器场管理员帐户添加到 SharePoint 前端服务器上的本地管理员组。
- 重新启动 SharePoint VSS 编写器服务。
- 确认列出了 SharePoint VSS 编写器（在命令提示符下使用“vssadmin list writers”进行检查）
