Symptoms

Avamar Hyper-Vバックアップは、次のようなエラーで失敗する場合があります。 

avhypervvss Error <41606>: Failed to fetch vss backup files for all the targets. Internal error.
avhypervvss Error <41586>: Failed to backup targets. Unable to assign vss reported backup files for all targets
avhypervvss Error <41662>: Failed to validate and expand the targets.
avhypervvss Error <41659>: Backup did not complete successfully

Cause

Hyper-V VSSライターが障害状態になっている可能性があります。これは、WindowsコマンドまたはPowerShellプロンプトを開き、次を実行することで確認できます。 vssadmin list writers (引用符なし):

Resolution

を開きます。 services.msc コンソールにアクセスし、Hyper-Vホスト マシンでHyper-V Virtual Machine Managementサービスを再起動します。

WindowsコマンドまたはPowerShellプロンプトから次のコマンドを実行して、Hyper-V VSS Writerが良好または安定した状態であることを確認します。

vssadmin list writers
