Symptoms

자산 > 검색을 수동으로 여러 번 실행한 후 SQL 데이터베이스가 표시되지 않습니다.

SQL Server에서 ADM 로그에는 (ADM 로그: C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\MSAPPAGENT\ADM Agent\logs)를 사용합니다.

Cause

PowerProtect Database Manager 콘솔이 LocalSystem 계정을 사용하여 SQL Server에 연결하지 못합니다.

 

Resolution

절차:

  1. Windows SQL Server에서 services.msc로 이동합니다.
  2. ADM 에이전트를 선택합니다.
  3. 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하고 속성을 선택합니다.
  4. Log On을 클릭합니다.
  5. 이 계정을 클릭하고 SQL Server에 액세스할 수 있는 Windows 사용자를 입력합니다.
    참고: 경우에 따라 Windows 사용자가 도메인 관리자인 경우 소프트웨어가 더 잘 작동합니다. 가능한 경우 Windows 사용자가 SQL Server에 액세스할 수 있고 도메인 관리자인지 확인하십시오.
  6. 서비스를 재시작합니다.
