Kopia zapasowa klienta Avamar kończy się niepowodzeniem z "błędem na liście źródłowej lub docelowej". Monitor aktywności zgłasza kod błędu 10012

Po wydaniu klienta Avamar z opcją workorder kopia zapasowa nie powiedzie się natychmiast z komunikatem "Backup Operation failed!". Przyczyną jest "błąd na liście źródłowej lub docelowej".

Monitor aktywności administratora Avamar zgłasza stan kopii zapasowych jako błąd błędu failed z kodem 10012.

Dziennik avagent klienta zgłasza następujące komunikaty ostrzegawcze:

W zależności od wersji Avamar początkowy numer błędu może mieć <wartość 0000> lub <7553> . Ścieżka określona w ofertach może być dowolna, a klucz zaczyna się od ".\

Użytkownik próbował dodać flagę bezpośrednio do klienta przy użyciu pliku C:\Program Files\avs\var\avtar.cmd.

te flagi są nieprawidłowo sformatowane.  Powodują one , że avtar sądzi, że są źródłowymi plikami danych lub katalogami. Avtar próbuje przeskanować je jako ścieżki na kliencie. 

Ponieważ ścieżka ".\exclude=*.MP4" lub ".\debug" nie istnieje w kliencie, avtar uważa, że źródłowy zestaw danych jest nieprawidłowy.

W przypadku używania flag w plikach .cmd w katalogu klienta Avamar (tj. w avtar.cmd lub avagent.cmd), flagi muszą być poprzedzone dwoma myślnikami.

Paths to be backed also be added to the avtar.cmd file, but they must be valid paths.
