Cause

LUN-er er tykke klargjort.

 

Resolution

  1. Bruk VMware-kompatibilitetsveiledningen for å sjekke om VAAI støttes for Array-modellen. Det bør støttes da de andre VAAI-funksjonene vises som støttet.

  2. Ifølge EMC-dokumenter støttes VAAI Dead space reclamation-funksjonen bare for tynne LUN-er:
    "Unmap fungerer med VMFS-datalagre som klargjøres ved hjelp av VNX tynne LUN-er."
