Symptoms

电源在 A 和 B 上或两者都显示故障 LED 指示灯，但在 Unisphere 和日志中，电源没有问题。

Cause

良性电源故障，此问题仅出现在 Dell Unity作环境 4.0.x 代码中。

 

Resolution

Dell Unity Operating Environment 4.1.0.8959731 及更高版本代码版本中的修补程序。

 

Additional Information

通过执行此解决方法可以清除此良性电源故障 LED 指示灯，但这需要停机，因为它涉及到关闭存储处理器。

解决办法：

  1. 转到系统 -> 服务 -> 服务任务
    “Service Tasks”选项卡

  2. 单击 Shut Down Storage System ，然后鼠标单击 Execute 按钮并确认。

  3. 通过查看 SP LED 指示灯来确认关闭过程的状态。当两个电源 LED 呈绿色和琥珀色常亮，SP 状态故障 LED 呈琥珀色常亮，网络管理端口 LED 亮起，并且所有其他 SP LED 熄灭时，关闭过程完成。

  4. 确认 SP 成功关闭后，您可以选择断开两根电源线与磁盘处理器存储模块 （DPE） 的连接，从而断开 SP 的所有电源。

  5. 严格按照以下顺序将电源线重新连接到每个 SP：

    1. SP A
    2. SP B

    每个 SP 上的背面绿色 SP 电源 LED 指示灯亮起。
