Symptoms

고객이 관리 케이블을 너무 빨리 교체하면 Unity SP에 패닉이 발생할 수 있습니다.

 

Cause

ECOM과 같은 MGMT 구성 요소가 SPA에서 실행 중인 경우 SPA에서 케이블을 빼내면 구성 요소가 SPB로 페일오버됩니다. 그러나 페일오버가 완료되기 전에 SPB 케이블을 빼내고 SPA 케이블을 다시 꽂으면 그런 다음 이 문제가 트리거될 수 있습니다.

Like start_c4.log above, after cable was pulled out from SPB at 2018-07-26 09:48:05 , some components were stopped while some not stopped at all, then cable was plugged in back.
Then non-stopped components never restarted, while those stopped components started to start like c4fastvpa. And the components which c4fastvpa depends on like c4loga and metricsluna never stopped in this process.
Ungraceful failover messed up the start-up sequence of components and may make SP panic.

 

Resolution

이 메커니즘은 설계적으로 작동합니다. 네트워크 케이블을 너무 빨리 교체해서는 안 됩니다. 다른 케이블을 변경하기 전에 5-10분 정도 기다리는 것이 좋습니다.
