Dell Unity：當在同一期間拔除/插入兩條管理纜線的速度過快時，SP 發生錯誤

當客戶交換管理纜線的速度過快時，Unity SP 有時可能會發生錯誤。

如果 ECOM 等 MGMT 元件在 SPA 上執行，則我們會從 SPA 拔下纜線，元件將會容錯移轉至 SPB。但在容錯移轉完成之前，如果 SPB 纜線已拔除，且 SPA 纜線已插回。那麼可能會觸發此問題。

Like start_c4.log above, after cable was pulled out from SPB at 2018-07-26 09:48:05 , some components were stopped while some not stopped at all, then cable was plugged in back.
Then non-stopped components never restarted, while those stopped components started to start like c4fastvpa. And the components which c4fastvpa depends on like c4loga and metricsluna never stopped in this process.
Ungraceful failover messed up the start-up sequence of components and may make SP panic.

此機制是設計運作方式。客戶不應將網路線交換得太快。建議等待 5-10 分鐘，再對另一條纜線進行任何變更。
