Symptoms

从 DDOS 6.2.0.20 和更高版本中，DDOS 为 Data Protection Central （DPC） 添加了单点登录 （SSO） 身份验证。此 SSO 允许从 DPC 访问 Data Domain System Manager UI，而无需使用 DD 凭据。

DPC Data Domain 集成需要在 DPC 控制台上注册 Data Domain。这可能会失败，在 Data Domain sms.info /ddr/var/log/debug 目录下的调试日志中报告错误“Failed to get SSO auth endpoints”。

Cause

注册过程要求 Data Domain 解析 DPC FQDN 和 DPC 主机名 IP 地址。如果 Data Domain 无法解决它们，则 Data Doman sms.info 调试日志中报告错误为“Failed to get SSO auth endpoints”。

Resolution

确保 Data Domain 通过 DNS 或本地主机解析正确解析 DPC FQDN 和 DPC 主机名。这些可以添加到已知 Data Domain 主机的列表中。在 DD CLI 中，它将是： 
# net host add <DPC FQDN IP address> <DPC Hostname> <DPC FQDN>
