Symptoms

Da DDOS 6.2.0.20 e versioni successive, DDOS ha aggiunto l'autenticazione Single Sign-On (SSO) per Data Protection Central (DPC). Questo SSO consente l'accesso all'interfaccia utente di Data Domain System Manager da DPC senza utilizzare le credenziali DD.

L'integrazione di DPC Data Domain richiede la registrazione di Data Domain nella console DPC. Questa operazione potrebbe non riuscire con l'errore "Failed to get SSO auth endpoints" segnalato in Data Domain sms.info registri di debug nella directory /ddr/var/log/debug.

Cause

Il processo di registrazione richiede al Data Domain di risolvere l'FQDN DPC e l'indirizzo IP del nome host DPC. Se Data Domain non è in grado di risolverli, l'errore viene segnalato in Data Doman sms.info i registri di debug come "Failed to get SSO auth endpoints".

Resolution

Assicurarsi che l'FQDN DPC e il nome host DPC siano stati risolti correttamente da Data Domain in base alla risoluzione dns o host locale. Questi possono essere aggiunti all'elenco degli host Data Domain noti. Nella CLI DD, si avrà: 
# net host add <DPC FQDN IP address> <DPC Hostname> <DPC FQDN>
