Symptoms

在 DDOS 6.2.0.20 及更新版本中，DDOS 新增 Data Protection Central （DPC） 的單一登錄 （SSO） 驗證。此 SSO 可讓您在不使用 DD 認證的情況下，從 DPC 存取 Data Domain System Manager UI。

DPC Data Domain 整合需要在 DPC 控制台註冊 Data Domain。這可能會失敗，在 Data Domain sms.info /ddr/var/log/debug 目錄下的偵錯記錄中回報錯誤「Failed to get SSO auth endpoints」。

Cause

註冊程式需要 Data Domain 來解析 DPC FQDN 和 DPC 主機名 IP 位址。如果 Data Domain 無法解決這些問題，則 Data Doman sms.info 偵錯記錄檔中回報為「Failed to get SSO auth endpoints」。

Resolution

請確定 Data Domain 已透過 DNS 或本機主機解析正確解析 DPC FQDN 和 DPC 主機名。這些功能可新增至已知 Data Domain 主機的清單。在 DD CLI 中，會是： 
# net host add <DPC FQDN IP address> <DPC Hostname> <DPC FQDN>
