Symptoms



無法成功驗證具有正確登入資料的使用者。
測試認證時，DPA GUI 中發現的錯誤為 「無法驗證 SharePoint 伺服器中的使用者」。

在 Data Protection Advisor （DPA） 中測試驗證，範例如下：URL：
http://< sharepointserver>：1234/emcdpa

共用文件 URL：
http://< sharepointserver>：1234/emcdpa/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/Shared%20Documents1/Forms/Allitems.aspx

客戶遵循以下程序，並確認 Sharepoint 端的所有內容均已正確設定：

  1. 在主頁上點擊“網站內容”
  2. 按一下「子網站」下的「+ 新的 子網站 」
  3. 輸入標題和 URL （例如 emcdpa）、設定必要的權限、按一下「建立」
如何新增共用文件：
  1. 在首頁 （http://< sharepointserver>：1234/emcdpa/） 上開啟「網站內容」
  2. 點擊“添加應用程式”
  3. 點選 「文件庫 」圖示（第一個）
  4. 在「添加文件庫」中輸入「共用文件」作為名稱
  5. 檢查新建立頁面的連結 （應以「/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx」結束）
  6. DPA 端的所有內容也已正確設定。

Cause
