• 「vardir」或「--cache-prefix」參數組態錯誤，導致多個 avtar 例項嘗試同時存取相同的快取檔案。
• 如果 avtar 程序停止回應 （這可能是因為舊的備份或 avtar 程序停滯在 Linux 用戶端或 網路資料管理通訊協定 （NDMP） 加速器節點上，導致快取已鎖定。

解決 Avamar 備份失敗

若要解決 Avamar 備份失敗，請按照下列步驟操作：

對於原因 #1，

• 「vardir」或「--cache-prefix」參數組態錯誤
  • 檢查用戶端是否指向與另一個進行中的用戶端備份相同的緩存檔。如果為真
  • 檢查備份的組態：  VARDIR 或快取前置詞參數
• 簽入資料集和用戶端avtar.cmd檔案的進階選項，以確保未設定用戶端，使多個 avtar 程序不會指向相同的 vardir/cache 檔案。

就原因 #2 而言，Linux 用戶端或 NDMP 加速器節點上的舊備份/avtar 程序停止回應，導致快取遭到鎖定。若要檢查這一點，請按照下列步驟操作：

• 以 root 身分登入系統。
• 停止 avagent 服務，以確保沒有進一步的備份嘗試啟動

  service avagent stop
      

• 檢查是否有任何 avtar 程序正在執行中：

  ps -ef | grep av

  • 如果有備份正在執行中，請從 Avamar Administrator UI 將其停止。或者，使用

    kill 

  • 或

    kill -9 

  • 若要強制，請關閉進程。 
• 清除所有舊程序後，請重新啟動 avagent：

  service avagent start

• 再次測試備份。
