Symptoms
Kan geen gebruiker vinden die het adresboek gebruikt met behulp van de gebruikersnaam voor een van de SourceOne-onderdelen waarvoor een gebruiker moet worden geselecteerd in het adresboek, zoals Web Search, Discovery Manager Search en SourceOne Console.
Cause
Het kenmerk 'showInAddressBook' ontbreekt voor de gebruiker, wat SourceOne nodig heeft om gebruikers te vinden.
Resolution
Laat de Active Directory-beheerder het kenmerk 'ShowInAddressBook' toevoegen aan de gebruiker.
