Symptoms
Det går inte att hitta en användare som använder adressboken med användarnamnet för någon av SourceOne-komponenterna som kräver att du väljer en användare från adressboken, till exempel Webbsökning, Discovery Manager Search och SourceOne Console.
Cause
Attributet "showInAddressBook" saknas för användaren, vilket krävs av SourceOne för att hitta användare.
Resolution
Be Active Directory-administratören att lägga till attributet "ShowInAddressBook" för användaren.
