Symptoms
Finner ikke en bruker ved hjelp av adresseboken ved hjelp av brukernavnet for noen av SourceOne-komponentene som krever valg av en bruker fra adresseboken, for eksempel Websøk, Discovery Manager-søk og SourceOne Console.
Cause
"showInAddressBook"-attributtet mangler for brukeren, noe som kreves av SourceOne for å finne brukere.
Resolution
Få Active Directory-administratoren til å legge til attributtet "ShowInAddressBook" for brukeren.
