Der Sudo-Nutzer kann ein Linux-Plug-in nicht installieren oder aktualisieren.

Die Verzeichnisstruktur auf dem Linux-Plug-in-Host wird erstellt, die erwartete .rsp-Datei, die am Standardspeicherort /opt/emc/appsync vorhanden sein sollte, wird jedoch nicht erstellt.

Die letzte Meldung und der letzte Fehler im AppSync-Serverprotokoll sind:

Cause

Die <Datei sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys gehörte root. Der sudo-Nutzer hatte keine Lese- oder Schreibzugriffsberechtigung.

Resolution

Bestätigen Sie, dass der sudo-Nutzer Lese- und Schreibberechtigungen für <sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys hat.
