L'utente Sudo non riesce a installare o aggiornare un plug-in Linux.

Viene creata la struttura di directory sull host del plug-in Linux, tuttavia non viene creato il file .rsp previsto che dovrebbe esistere nel percorso predefinito /opt/emc/appsync.

L'ultimo messaggio ed errore nel registro del server AppSync è:

data/ora INFO [Thread-1081 (HornetQ-client-global-threads-432334325)] [com.emc.archway.service.sshservice.SshServiceBean] [ASServername] [] cat LinuxName.fully.qual.name.orgappsync.pub >> authorized_keys

data/ora ERROR [Thread-1081 (HornetQ-client-global-threads-432334325)] [com.emc.archway.service.sshservice.SshServiceBean] [ASServername] [] Impossibile aggiungere authorized_keys voce 

Cause

Il <file sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys era di proprietà root. L'utente sudo non dispone dell'autorizzazione per leggere o scrivere su di esso.

Resolution

Verificare che l'utente sudo disponga delle autorizzazioni di lettura e scrittura per <sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys.
