Symptoms
Sudo-gebruiker kan geen Linux-plugin installeren of bijwerken.
De mapstructuur op de Linux plug-inhost wordt gemaakt, maar het verwachte .rsp-bestand dat op de standaardlocatie /opt/emc/appsync zou moeten bestaan, wordt niet gemaakt.
Het laatste bericht en de laatste fout in het AppSync-serverlogboek is:

Cause
Het <sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys-bestand was eigendom van root. De sudo-gebruiker had geen toestemming om het te lezen of te schrijven.
Resolution
Controleer of de sudo-gebruiker lees- en schrijfmachtigingen heeft voor <sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys.
