Sudo-bruker kan ikke installere eller oppdatere en Linux-plugin.

Katalogstrukturen på Linux Plugin-verten opprettes, men den forventede .rsp-filen som skal finnes på standardplasseringen til /opt/emc/appsync, opprettes ikke.

Den siste meldingen og feilen i AppSync-serverloggen er:

Cause

Sudouser<>/.ssh/authorized_keys filen var eid av root. Sudo-brukeren hadde ikke tillatelse til å lese eller skrive til den.

Resolution

Bekreft at sudo-brukeren har lese- og skrivetillatelser til <sudouser>/.ssh/authorized_keys.
