Cause

Kraschen inträffar när funktionen MAPIUninitialize() anropas. Funktionen anropas snart.

Resolution

För att undvika att programmet ExJBJournal.exe kraschar vid anrop av MAPIUninitialize() gjordes en kodändring för att ha en fördröjning på 5 sekunder innan det anropades.

Det här problemet orsakas av ett programvarufel som anges i SDR 58719.
Det här problemet löses i korrigeringsfiler eller Service Pack-versioner av EMC SourceOne Email Management 7.2 SP4 Hotfix 3 och senare.
