Symptoms

아래 오류와 함께 백업이 실패합니다.

175297:save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'NW_server_name': 
Unable to connect to the storage node on host <storage_node_name>: 
save failed to authenticate with nsrmmd on host <NW_server_name>: Timed out..

Cause

nsrmmd 응답이 중지되고 서버 병렬 처리가 32(기본값)로 설정되었습니다. 이로 인해 백업을 위한 추가 프로세스를 시작할 수 없습니다. 기존 작업이 시간 초과 오류로 실패했습니다.

Resolution

NetWorker 서비스를 중지하여 중단 상태의 모든 프로세스를 제거합니다. 서비스가 중지될 때 프로세스가 중지되지 않으면 작업을 수동으로 종료합니다.

Linux: 
서비스 중지: nsr_shutdown
모든 프로세스가 중지되었는지 확인하고 중지되지 않은 프로세스의 PID(프로세스 ID)를 수집합니다. ps -ef | grep nsr
중단된 서비스를 모두 종료합니다. kill -9 PID
서비스 시작: service networker start

Windows:
서비스 중지: net stop nsrexecd /y
모든 프로세스가 중지되었는지 확인하고 중지되지 않은 프로세스의 PID(프로세스 ID)를 수집합니다. tasklist | findstr nsr
중단된 서비스를 모두 종료합니다. taskkill /PID PID /F
서비스 시작: net start nsrd && net start gstd
 

병렬 처리를 더 높은 범위로 늘리고 백업을 시작합니다. 서버 --> 서버 속성 --> 일반

참고: 보기 --> 진단 보기를 사용하도록 설정해야 합니다.

서버 병렬 처리 수 증가  
서버 병렬 처리 수 속성은 서버가 동시에 수용할 수 있는 세이브 스트림 수를 제어합니다. 서버가 수용할 수 있는 세이브 스트림 수가 많을수록 디바이스 및 클라이언트 디스크가 더 빠르게 실행됩니다. 클라이언트 디스크는 해당 성능 제한 또는 디스크 간의 연결 제한에서 실행될 수 있습니다. 기본 서버 병렬 처리는 32입니다. 병렬 처리는 최대 1024개까지 구성할 수 있습니다. 값을 늘릴 때 다음과 같아야 합니다. 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024입니다.

서버 병렬 처리는 백업 작업의 시작을 제어하는 데 사용되는 것이 아니라 백업 서버에서 허용하는 세션의 최종 제한으로 사용됩니다. 서버 병렬 처리 수 값은 백업 서버 자체에 과부하를 일으키지 않는 범위 내에서 가능한 한 높아야 합니다.
