Kernel crashes in RHEL server

Summary: Kernel crash in a RedHat 7.5 + PowerPath 6.4 + Infoscale environment.

Symptoms

Installation on the following components:

1- Powerpath version 6.4.
2- OS: RHEL 7.5 kernel Oracle build of RHEL 7.5 3.10.0-862.3.2el7.x86_64.
3- VCS: VRTSvxfs-7.4.0.1200.  
4- Infoscale 7.4.
 

Configuration :
DELL EMC SW: PowerPath for Linux 6.4
OS : RHEL 7.5
Non DELL EMC SW : VRTSvxfs-7.4.0.1200.
Non DELL EMC SW : Infoscale 7.4.

Server crashes upon reboot with :
