VxRail: Node Health-check Fails for Test df_tmp or in_tmp

Symptoms
The VxRail node health-checks 'df_tmp' and 'in_tmp' check the free space on the ESXi "/tmp" partition.
The results of this health-check are one of the following for the directory '/tmp':
| Test Status | Result Code | Result Interpretation |
| Pass | 0 | The free capacity or free inodes are over 10% |
| Warning | 1 | The free capacity or free inodes are under 10% |
| Failure | 2 | The free capacity or free inodes are under 8% |
| Critical | 3 | This test has no critical result. |
Each test that passes is not listed in the summary report, for ease of reading.

Cause
On VxRail ESXi nodes, the /tmp partition is a Ramdisk, rather than a physical or vSAN disk partition.
The 'df_tmp' or 'in_tmp' tests check the free space on the node's '/tmp' partition in terms of free capacity and available inodes.
The VxRail tests give warnings for under 10% free space and a failure for under 8% free space or free inodes.
