Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) 集成已通过 vProxy 设备进行配置。一个或多个虚拟机备份失败，并显示如下错误：

no matching devices for save of client `[VCENTER_SERVER]'; check storage nodes, devices or pool
vCenter Server 在 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 的“保护”选项卡中配置了 NetWorker 客户端资源。“全局（第 2 个，共 2 个）”选项卡下的 vCenter Server NetWorker 客户端“存储节点”属性具有默认空白设置。 

Cause

具体原因未知。某些虚拟机需要为 vCenter Server NetWorker 客户端“存储节点”属性配置相应的存储节点。

Resolution

应更新 vCenter Server NetWorker 客户端“存储节点”属性：

  1. 打开 NetWorker Management Console。
  2. 选择 Protection 选项卡。
  3. 在左侧树视图中，选择“Clients”。
  4. 选择 vCenter Server，右键单击，然后选择“Modify Client Properties”。 
  5. 转到“全局 2/2”选项卡
  6. 将各个存储节点名称与 vProxy 备份的目标备份设备一起添加。包括 nsrserverhost （NetWorker 服务器的默认值）作为最后一个条目：（每行一个服务器名称）
例如： 
NW_SNode1.yourdomain.com
NW_SNode2.yourdomain.com
nsrserverhost


此修改将在 vProxy 备份使用的存储节点上明确区分对 vCenter Server 可用的所有必需设备。
