Symptoms

嘗試使用下列 URL 從 DPA 應用程式主機本身啟動時，無法連線至 DPA UI：

https://<DPA Application IP>:9002
http://<DPA Application IP>:9004
https://<DPA Application hostname>:9002
http://<DPA Application hostname>:9004

連至下列連接埠的 Telnet 也失敗：

telnet <DPA Application IP> 9002
telnet <DPA Application IP> 9004


Windows 事件日誌中記錄了以下錯誤：「

TCP/IP 無法建立傳出連接，因為所選本地終結點最近用於連接到同一遠端終結點。
當傳出連接以高速率打開和關閉時，通常會發生此錯誤。這將導致使用所有可用的本地埠。它還強制 TCP/IP 對傳出連接重複使用本地埠。
為了最大限度地降低數據損壞的風險，TCP/IP 需要從給定本地終結點到給定遠端終結點的連續連接之間的最短時間段。

當使用本機主機而非主機或 IP 位址時，可以成功開啟 DPA UI，並透過 telnet：
例如，這些方法皆成功： 

https://localhost:9002
http://localhost:9004
telnet localhost 9002
telnet localhost 9004

但是，如果無法在 URL 中使用 DPA 應用程式 IP，將會禁止遠端啟動 DPA UI，並使 DPA 代理程式無法與 DPA 應用程式伺服器通訊。

Cause

限制存取 DPA 應用程式 IP 的本機 McAfee 原則。

Resolution

請移除限制透過 IP 位址存取 DPA 的本機 McAfee 原則。
