Symptoms

尝试使用以下 URL 从 DPA 应用程序主机本身启动时，无法连接到 DPA UI：

https://<DPA Application IP>:9002
http://<DPA Application IP>:9004
https://<DPA Application hostname>:9002
http://<DPA Application hostname>:9004

Telnet 到以下端口也失败：

telnet <DPA Application IP> 9002
telnet <DPA Application IP> 9004


Windows 事件日志中记录了以下错误：“

TCP/IP 无法建立传出连接，因为所选的本地端点最近用于连接到同一远程端点。
当传出连接以高速率打开和关闭时，通常会发生此错误。这会导致使用所有可用的本地端口。它还强制 TCP/IP 重用传出连接的本地端口。
为了最大限度地降低数据损坏的风险，TCP/IP 要求从给定本地端点到给定远程端点的连续连接之间经过最短的时间段。

当使用 localhost 而不是主机名或 IP 地址时，DPA UI 可以成功打开和 telnet：
例如，所有这些作都成功：

http://localhost:9004
telnet localhost 9002
telnet localhost 9004

但是，如果无法在 URL 中使用 DPA 应用程序 IP，将禁止远程启动 DPA UI，并阻止 DPA 代理程序与 DPA 应用程序服务器通信。

Cause

限制访问 DPA 应用程序 IP 的本地 McAfee 策略。

Resolution

删除限制通过 IP 地址访问 DPA 的本地 McAfee 策略。
