Symptoms

客戶將 Unisphere 用於 VMAX 8.3.0.1 和 SE 8.3.0.6。  

所有遮罩檢視資訊在 SYMCLI 中都可見。客戶無法看到所有 4 個本機陣列的遮罩檢視資訊。在 Unisphere 中，不會顯示任何陣列遮罩檢視詳細資料。

BIOS 序號為空白，這不適用於作業系統。

Unisphere 正在查詢作業系統 bios 是否有此值，並傳回空白。這很好，但隨後查詢會將空白字串解釋為垃圾填充字串。因此，它無法對鎖箱進行 wmi 查詢，因為它無法解釋字串。

Resolution

在 VMAX 8.4 的 Unisphere 中修正
