Symptoms

NMM Exchangeバックアップまたはコマンド「nsrnmmsv -P」が次のエラーで失敗します。

Exchange2010 Shell interface is not initialised.

例:

C:\Users\Administrator>nsrnmmsv -P

Cause

エラーメッセージ「Exchange2010シェルインターフェイス」は初期化されていません。

  • NetWorker lib は Exchange PowerShell を初期化できません (KB 493540 - PowerShell の問題により Exchange 2010 DAG が失敗するを参照してください)。
  • lib を呼び出しているユーザーには、シェルを実行するための適切な権限がありません。
  • 非常にまれなケースですが、実行できないIIS構成でExchange Powershellが破損します。

 

Resolution

レジストリエントリが存在するかどうかを確認し、この場合は、エントリを動作中の Exchange ノードの 1 つと比較します。

reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

存在しない場合は、次の手順に進みます。

  1. 次のレジストリー キーを以下に作成します。HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

    *** N.B. Put the appropriate username and domain name.
Exchange Username        REG_SZ                admin
Exchange Domain          REG_SZ                fall.localdomain
Exchange Password        REG_BINARY

    <例>
    Username= ユーザー名のみ 例: backup.manager
    Domain= ex: BWK.com

    注：Exchangeドメインは、ユーザー アカウントではなく、Exchangeサーバーのドメイン レベルです。ドメイン アカウントが別のレベル (つまり、child.fall.localdomain) にある場合は、ユーザー ドメインと一致するようにドメインを編集するか、Exchange Server とまったく同じドメイン レベルで新しいユーザーを作成します。

  2. 次に、NMM Exchange 管理者構成ツールを実行し、[管理者パスワードの更新] を選択します。これが成功すると、Exchange パスワード レジストリ キーが更新されます。

  3. 次に、次のコマンドを実行して、Exchangeノードの接続をテストします。

    nsrnmmsv -P
