Symptoms

NMM Exchange 백업 또는 "nsrnmmsv -P" 명령이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

Exchange2010 Shell interface is not initialised.

예:

Cause

"Exchange2010 Shell interface"라는 오류 메시지가 초기화되지 않았습니다.

  • NetWorker lib가 Exchange Powershell을 초기화할 수 없습니다(KB 493540 - PowerShell 문제로 인해 Exchange 2010 DAG 실패 참조).
  • lib를 호출하는 사용자에게 셸을 실행할 수 있는 올바른 권한이 없습니다.
  • 매우 드물게 수행할 수 없는 IIS 구성에서 Exchange Powershell이 손상되는 경우가 있습니다.

 

Resolution

레지스트리 항목이 있는지 확인하고 이 경우 해당 항목을 작업 중인 Exchange 노드 중 하나와 비교합니다.

reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

없는 경우 다음 단계를 진행합니다.

  1. 아래에 다음 레지스트리 키를 만듭니다. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

    *** N.B. Put the appropriate username and domain name.
Exchange Username        REG_SZ                admin
Exchange Domain          REG_SZ                fall.localdomain
Exchange Password        REG_BINARY

    <예제>
    사용자 이름 = 사용자 이름만 ex: backup.manager
    Domain= 예: BWK.com

    참고: Exchange 도메인은 사용자 계정이 아니라 Exchange 서버의 도메인 수준입니다. 도메인 계정이 다른 수준(즉, child.fall.localdomain)에 있는 경우 사용자 도메인과 일치하도록 도메인을 편집하거나 Exchange Server와 정확히 동일한 도메인 수준에서 새 사용자를 만듭니다.

  2. 그런 다음 NMM Exchange Admin 구성 툴을 실행하고 Update admin password를 선택합니다. 이 작업이 성공하면 Exchange Password 레지스트리 키를 업데이트해야 합니다.

  3. 그런 다음 다음 명령을 실행하여 Exchange 노드 연결을 테스트합니다.

    nsrnmmsv -P
