Symptoms

Während einer Wiederherstellung mithilfe eines Remotebackups schlägt die Wiederherstellung mit dem folgenden Fehler fehl:

Cause

Die Remotebackupwiederherstellung verwendet das LDAP-Konto (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), in diesem Fall "--id=user@domainame.com

". "avmgr logn" funktioniert nicht mit dem LDAP-Konto.

Resolution

Verwenden Sie ein lokales Avamar-Konto, z. B. root oder MCUser.
