Symptoms

Lors d’une restauration à l’aide d’une sauvegarde à distance, la restauration échoue avec l’erreur suivante :

Cause

La restauration de sauvegarde à distance utilise le compte LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), dans ce cas « --id=user@domainame.com «

avmgr logn » ne fonctionne pas avec le compte LDAP.

Resolution

Utilisez un compte local Avamar tel que root ou MCUser.
