Symptoms

Durante un restore tramite backup remoto, il restore ha esito negativo con il seguente errore:

Cause

Il ripristino del backup remoto utilizza l'account LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), in questo caso "--id=user@domainame.com"

"avmgr logn" non funziona con l'account LDAP.

Resolution

Utilizzare un account locale Avamar, ad esempio root o MCUser.
