L'utente ha domande sul motivo per cui i server ESXi rilevati utilizzando vCenter mostrano gli indirizzi IP anziché il nome host in "ACCESS" -- "VMware" -- "ESXi Hosts" mentre i server ESXi rilevati automaticamente mostrano il nome host in "ACCESS" -- Hosts.

Cause

Gli ESXi Server in vCenter sono stati aggiunti utilizzando l'indirizzo IP. 

Resolution

Il server ESXi rilevato utilizzando vCenter mostra il nome host o l'indirizzo IP a seconda di come è stato aggiunto in vCenter. 

Se l'ESXi Server viene aggiunto in vCenter utilizzando l'indirizzo IP, l'ESXi Server rilevato utilizzando vCenter in Dell EMC Unity mostra l'indirizzo IP.

Se l'ESXi Server viene aggiunto in vCenter utilizzando il nome host, l'ESXi Server rilevato utilizzando vCenter in Dell EMC Unity mostra il nome host.
