Symptoms

CloudPools에 라이선스가 없는 경우에도 네트워크 연결 해제 이벤트로 인해 다음과 같은 CloudPools 네트워크 연결 실패 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

CloudPools Network connection failed devid:0 lnn:0

 

Cause

CloudPools 서비스는 PowerScale 내에서 기본적으로 활성화되어 있습니다. 네트워크 연결 중단 이벤트와 함께 CloudPools 서비스가 활성화되면 "네트워크 연결 실패" 알림이 트리거될 수 있습니다. 이 문제는 CloudPools에 라이선스가 없는 경우에도 발생할 수 있습니다.

 

Resolution

CloudPools에 라이선스가 있는 경우 이 이벤트는 네트워크 연결 문제를 나타냅니다. 이 경우 그에 따라 네트워크를 조사해야 합니다.

 

CloudPools에 라이선스가 없는 경우 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

이것은 생산에 영향을 미치지 않습니다.

  • CloudPools 서비스를 비활성화합니다. 
    # isi services -a isi_cpool_d disable
# isi services -a isi_cpool_io_d disable
  • 이벤트 취소: 
    # isi alert cancel <event-ID>

 

Additional Information

8.X로 업그레이드할 때 비활성화된 서비스를 다시 활성화해야 합니다.
