Symptoms

Ajuste el tamaño del VMDK de origen después de habilitar el acceso a imagen o el acceso directo en una copia de destino.

El CG con varias copias de destino ingresa error mientras una copia de destino está en acceso directo o acceso a imagen.

Cause

Mientras hay una copia en el acceso a la imagen, se cambió el tamaño del VMDK de origen y el CG no puede manejar este cambio hasta que se deshabilite el acceso a la imagen.

 

Resolution

Solución alternativa:
Deshabilite el acceso a imágenes en la copia que lo tiene habilitado.

Resolución:
RecoverPoint para máquinas virtuales funciona según lo esperado.
